When you sign up for an account, these charges apply:

In addition to the one-time charges, you will be charged for the first month of your NetGlobalPhone service.

Activation Fee

There is a one-time service activation fee of $49.99 per adaptor.

Monthly Calling Plans

NetGlobalPhone offers a variety of plans to meet your calling needs. You can choose a plan with a fixed or an unlimited amount of minutes to in-plan locations. Your first monthly cycle begins when you make or receive your first call. Please refer to our calling plans for complete pricing information.

NetGlobalPhone is a prepaid service, so you will not receive a bill. Each month, you will be charged the price of the plan you selected by paying cash in our offices or your credit card will be charged. If you make overage calls or calls to out-of-plan locations, they will be charged to your credit card at the end of your current monthly cycle or when the amount of these calls exceeds $25, whichever comes first.

Any unused minutes at the end of a monthly cycle cannot be used for the next month.

Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plans

NetGlobalPhone offers a prepaid Pay-As-You-Go calling plan. Add funds to your account at any time and pay per-minute rates for your calls. Your funds never expire as long as you make or receive at least one call every 120 days. Pay-As-You-Go is not available in the U.S.

VoiceMail Pricing for Pay-As-You-Go Plans

VoiceMail is available with a Pay-As-You-Go plan for $4.00 a month. A monthly calling plan includes VoiceMail at no extra charge. See our Features section for more information.

Phone Number Monthly Charge

Your NetGlobalPhone monthly calling plan includes a primary phone number from the U.S. or Canada at no extra charge. If you select a primary number from another country, an additional monthly charge will apply. Any additional or virtual phone numbers that you add to your account will each carry a monthly charge.

Toll-Free Phone Numbers

U.S. or U.K. toll-free numbers are available with your NetGlobalPhone service for an additional $15 per month. Each monthly cycle with a toll-free number includes 100 minutes of free incoming calls. Additional incoming calls are 4.9¢ per minute.

If you have a monthly plan, there is no charge for incoming calls. The rates shown below apply if you have a toll-free number or a Pay-As-You-Go plan. Also shown are rates for calling other NetGlobalPhone subscribers.

Payments

When you initially purchase a NetGlobalPhone service you will be billed for your calling plan, the telephone adapter, the activation fee, shipping and handling (if applicable), and sales tax (if applicable). Payment can be made online by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), credit card or cash in our offices or by Western Union.

Our Western Union information is:

With a monthly calling plan, you can authorize NetGlobalPhone to bill your credit card automatically for the price of your plan on the first day of every monthly cycle. Any overage or out-of-plan calls will be added to the monthly plan charge or charged to your credit card separately. Your first monthly cycle begins when you make or receive your first call.

Expiration Policy

Your Pay-As-You-Go funds will not expire as long as you make at least one paid call every 120 days. For example, if you make a paid call on January 1, your funds will not expire as long as you make at least one paid call before May 1. If you do not make a paid call in that 120-day period, any remaining funds in your account will expire.
Please note that 30 days after your Pay-As-You-Go funds expire, your phone number may be reassigned to another customer.

Cancellation Policy

There is no contract to sign to use the NetGlobalPhone service. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Please contact customer support if you would like to cancel your plan -- your current cycle at the time of the call will be your last cycle. Please note that 30 days after your account is cancelled, your phone number may be reassigned to another customer.

Important Deactivation Notice

An early deactivation fee of $29.99 applies if you cancel your NetGlobalPhone service within one year of activation.
Hardware Refund Policy

El adaptador es propiedad de NetGlobalPhone y es prestado al cliente para uso del sistema. Cuando el cliente cancele su servicio deberá devolverle le adaptador a NetGlobalPhone. El cliente tendrá una garantía para cambio de equipo que cubrirá solamente defectos de fabricaci"n; la garantía no incluye negligencias en su uso, daño por cambios de voltaje en la energía eléctrica, velocidad baja de conexi"n de Internet, mal manejo, rayo y otros fen"menos naturales, exceptuando la anterior, gozará de una garantía por treinta días contados desde la primera llamada realizada. Si el cliente daña el equipo, es responsabilidad del cliente cubrir la reposici"n del adaptador y sera cobrado un monto de $49.99.

Shipping Destinations

NetGlobalPhone will ship the InnoMedia telephone adapter to any country in the world. The client must have paid for all services and products in full before any product is shipped to customer.

Shipping Charges

The shipping and handling fee for the InnoMedia adapter is $35. Orders are shipped through DHL. Orders usually arrive within 10-14 business days from the date of shipment. However, product may be delayed due to international customs procedures. Any additional charges related to customs procedures, such as regional duty taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
